very strange that it's not consistent. looking at history, there are multiple runs where the tests will finish in a few seconds while other times either the XML or JSON test will be >180s and the other a few seconds or sometimes both XML and JSON tests are both > 150s... it seems like it really varies based on load... not sure if it's MQ load or DB load?
