@m1kcloud for version of Openstack < Yoga you have the option to use the focal-22.03 ovn backport archive that provides the Yoga version of OVN (22.03.x) for all releases of Openstack from Ussuri to Xena on Focal (using Ubuntu Cloud Archive).
