Chive 0.1.1 bugfix-release

Chive 0.1.1 is the first bugfix-release after the initial release of version 0.1.0.
- If you tried running chive under Windows you may have experienced problems when navigating to the table structure page. These problems are solved in 0.1.1.
- Furthermore column attribute editing should work as expected from now.
- The code box in notification popups was replaced by a textarea. Click the area will select the whole sql statement.
