Release notes 

Basic testing release. Contains only 1 sound in the library, works ok. On windows needs a vorbis directshow decoder installed (downloadable from http://www.xiph.org/downloads/ ).

- new: clicking on a button will play a sound (works only for thunder currently)
- new: clicking on the stop button will stop any sounds that are playing
- new: the buttons have keyboard shortcuts (alt+key, underlined on each button, the gui mimicks the layout of the keyboard)
