MySQL/Galera 0.7pre Released

This is pre-release before actual 0.7 following shortly. 0.7pre lacks the gcomm GCS, but fulfills other 0.7 requirements.
0.7pre is HA featured MySQL clustering solution and is good for evaluating with real applications.
