0.2.1 released

After a very buggy 0.2.0 release we have released version 0.2.1.
It has the same features as 0.2.0 (The promised new version of the News plugin didn't make it) but is a lot more stable.

Since we have had two very bad 0.x.0 releases we decided to do a better testing of the new 0.3.0 release.
The 0.3.0 will be a lot better than 0.2 series, but the promised auto-update feature will not make it, and the 0.2.0 series can only upgraded by hand (which will require a lot of work). So it is not recommended to install the 0.2.0 series.
