I saw the code, which is responsible for checking, how much CPU have L1, L2, L3 cache (I think so). Checking the command on Atom reproduce error, which say, that there isn't any file. Better could be using command:
cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep 'cache size'
cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep 'clflush'
and others with special text cut.
