Comment 3 for bug 786140

That's not a technical decision, that's a cultural/social one, basically putting the entry into a sub menu invites other developers to consider what else should be in there, like flickr, facebook, other other art sites.

I'm not sure about the save dialog, if you find out how to do it, let me know.
