Version 43.beta contains these symbolic links, so we don't need to
create them ourselves.
* d/rules: Make it easier to compare v41 with current version
* d/rules: Don't install large versions of legacy icons from version 41.
This saves about 5M. If applications are relying on these legacy icons,
then a smaller version will be used, scaled up if necessary. This is
likely to be blurry, but that can act as a hint that apps are expected
to ship their own icons instead of relying on icons with specific names
existing in the theme, and is more backwards-compatible than the
upstream behaviour where these icons just don't exist any more.
* d/rules: Remove several smaller sizes of legacy icons from version 41.
This saves about 3.6M. Small legacy icons will display using the
24x24 or 48x48 set; as with the larger sizes, this might be blurry, but
that can act as a hint that these icons are the wrong thing to use.
