* Team upload.
* Add the libkf5akonadicontact-dev dependency in libkf5akonadicalendar-dev,
as the latter requires the former (see cmake config files).
* Bump Standards-Version to 4.1.3, no changes required.
* Simplify watch file, and switch it to https.
