- Add 02_no_gnu_gettext.patch.
- Drop 99_ltmain_as-needed.patch. dh_autoreconf handles this.
* debian/anjuta-common.install:
- Remove usr/share/gnome. No longer available.
- Add usr/share/help to install documentation.
