  * Fix fax numbers supplied via GTK print dialog, removing a "Custom."
    prefix; do not choke if the GTK dialog sends "None" as phone number
    or pre-dial prefix
  * Let the rastertopwg filter check rounding errors when calculating
    the page geometry
