* tasks/video: Replace libav-tools with ffmpeg. (Closes: #895916).
* Rework tasks/* files to fix some issues and to enable modular installations.
- Downgrade superfluous Depends to Recommends.
- Drop packages already pulled in via other dependencies.
- Adjust some Description: field contents to better match the purpose.
- Shuffle packages between tasks to allow decoupling desktop setup from the
basic profile installation.
- Add 'Suggests: education-development' to get the related packages onto
the USB ISO image.
- Add the missing 'Roaming-Workstation' profile to the 'Test-edu-profile:'
field (tasks/networked-common).
- Drop the wrongly added 'Minimal' profile from the 'Test-edu-profile:'
field (tasks/networked).
- Replace 'Enhances: education-desktop-other' with a recommend on
education-desktop-other (tasks/desktop-{gnome,kde,lxde,lxqt,mate,xfce}).
- Add 'Enhances: education-desktop-gnome, education-desktop-kde,
education-desktop-lxde, education-desktop-lxqt, education-desktop-mate,
education-desktop-xfce' to match the changed dependency order.
