  [ Pino Toscano ]
  * Adjust/improve the build dependencies:
    - bump libopencv-dev to >= 2.4.5
    - bump libeigen3-dev to >= 3.1.2
    - add libusb-dev
    - switch from libtiff4-dev to libtiff-dev
    - comment out libsane-dev and libexiv2-dev, needed only when using the
      embedded kdegraphics libs
    - remove duplicate libgphoto2-2-dev and libtiff-dev
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.4, no changes required.
  * Do not pass -Xusr/lib/kde4/ to dh_shlibdeps, as this skips the dependency
    calculation of plugins. (Closes: #721107)

  * Fix "non-existent package minidnla (typo)" update debian/control (Closes: #727814)
