  * new snapshot, taken from upstream commit cfa251bb.
  * merge branch debian-sid.
  * debian/rules:
    * remove NO_PYTHON=1 now that the git_remote_helpers
      library has been removed.
    * remove git-p4 command from the git package.  It depends on
      Perforce, which is not part of Debian.
    * adjust for remote-bzr and remote-hg promotion from contrib.
  * debian/control: Build-Depends: python, locales-all.
