  * Add missing new binaries and init scripts.
  * Add patch 02-init-remote-fs to add missing $remote_fs dependency.
  * Add new glustereventsd init script for the glusterfs-server package.
  * Remove old glusterfs-server init script and add the replacement script
    named glusterd.
