  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.2.
  * Add Repository, Repository-Browse, Documentation to upstream/metadata.

  * Remove constraints unnecessary since stretch/buster:
    + Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on debhelper.

  * Bump debhelper compatibility to 13.
  * Change priority extra to priority optional.
  * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit.
