- Fix the way we're ignoring integration_tests and selenium tests.
- Add fix-horizon-tests.patch.
- Add Fix_test_failures_with_Django_4.x.patch.
- Add "and not SeleniumTests" when running tests.
- Add use-pymemcache.patch.
