kdb (3.2.0-1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * libkdb3-4 had an ABI break with no SONAME bump, so:
    - apply the Debian ABI manager; patch enable_debianabimanager.diff
    - rename libkdb3-4 to libkdb3-4abi1
  * Update symbols files.
  * Update the patches:
    - upstream_cmake-find-PostgreSQL-11.patch: drop, backported from upstream
  * Backport upstream commit 6bba3130f8968abb2e904bda1e8b59f83dd43bdc to find
    PostgreSQL 12; patch upstream_cmake-find-PostgreSQL-12.patch.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.1, no changes required.
  * Add the configuration for the CI on salsa.
