* Update install files.
* Unregister ksysguard.knsrc as conffile, as it is no more in /etc.
* There are no unit tests to run, so:
- drop the xauth, and xvfb build dependencies
- stop running dh_auto_test with xvfb-run
* Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.1, no changes required.
* Stop using the ${shlibs:Depends} substvar in ksysguard-data, as it does not
exist.
* Update lintian overrides.
