  * d/rules: Temporarily disable a reftest that is sensitive to Pango version.
    (Mitigates: #1065821)

  * d/log-reftests.py: Update to find more reftest results.
    In the new source tree layout, some of the reftest results now land
    in tests/output/.

    from git commits and uploads
  * d/rules: Create a missing directory if necessary
