+ Enable parallel builds.
+ Turn on compiler commands during package build (configure option:
--disable-silent-rules).

* debian/mate-screensaver-common.install:
+ Drop mate-conf .convert files from package.
* debian/watch:
+ No need to do Debian version mangling.
