    - (gcc-4.4): Add patch to fix GCC 4.4 invalid conversion from const
      char* to char*.

    - Remove var/run/peercast, which must be created on runtime (E: lintian).

    - Create var/run/peercast in command "start".
    - (Required-Start): Move $local_fs from Should-Start (E: lintian).
       Add $remote_fs because /usr is needed.
    - (Required-Stop): Move $local_fs from Should-Stop (E: lintian).
       Add $remote_fs because /usr is needed.
  * debian/peercast.postinst
    - Remove creation of /var/run/peercast (E: lintian).

peercast (0.1218+svn20080104-1.1) unstable; urgency=high


  * Non-maintainer upload by the Security Team.
  * This update addresses the following security issue:
    - CVE-2008-2040: stack-based buffer overfow in the
      HTTP::getAuthUserPass function leading to remote DoS
      or arbitrary code execution if peercast is configured
      to use http-basic authentication (Closes: #478573).
