  * New upstream release (closes: #932457).
  * Import crl subproject (commit 9ea8700).
  * Update patches:
     - Amend Modify-build-scripts.patch to include fixes for lottie lib.
     - Automatically refresh Packed-resources.patch with quilt.
     - Add Do-not-use-private-Qt-color-API.patch taken from upstream Git.
     - Reimplement Do-not-sync-wallpaper.patch as the code in that
       place was rewritten completely.
  * Refine copyright info for AppStream metadata.
  * Update debhelper compatibility level to 12.
     - Increase limit of debug information entries for dwz to 100 million.
  * Bump standards version to 4.4.0, no related changes.
