Change log for znc-push package in Debian

znc-push (1.0.0+git20190521.78d0385-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Update from upstream master.
  * d/control:
    + Update description with the last upstream changes.
    + Set Vcs-* fields to salsa.debian.org.
    + Do not limit the znc version used during the build.
    + Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.0, no changes needed.
    + Bump debhelper compat level to 12.
  * d/rules:
    + Use the same version restriction on znc that znc-backlog uses.
    + Fix debian-rules-parses-dpkg-parsechangelog.
  * d/watch:
    + Rewrite d/watch to use git.
  * d/copyright:
    + Use HTTPS in the Format field.
    + Bump years.
  * Upload to Debian proper.  Closes: #875601
  * Drop old lintian overrides not needed anymore.
