First release of DePlo, dependency graphs for Ada

The first release of DePlo, a software for creating DOT files representing dependency relationship among Ada packages, has been released. Among its interesting features: package hierarchies are shown as clusters, package hierarchy "collapsing" in a single node, "ignore list" for a simpler, albeit less precise, representation of the graph. Current version works only in a GNAT environment, future release will probably use ASIS to overcome this restriction.
