Dia Script Launcher v1.0

Written for Dia Script Launcher by Carlo Calderoni on 2010-01-24

Editor callable from Script Launcher dialog configurable in config file.
Fixed config file path for windows environment.

This Dia plugin is doing all what i needed it for, so v1.0 is here.
