DigiWf integrates with Nautilus Actions - out of the box!

DigiWf 0.3.2 is released!

Now you can right-click on your photos directly in GNOME's Nautilus file manager to edit their metadata. DigiWf supports editing the metadata of multiple pictures at once. You can geocode your pictures using Google Maps. Tag your pictures with words that can be searched for in Tracker. Use the timeshift function to sync the picture dates taken by different cameras.

Another nifty feature allows you to automate your digital workflow. Right-click on the DCIM directory of your camera's memory card and move all the files into an Unsorted folder in your personal Pictures folder. They will be automatically sorted by date and tagged with your Copyright information. Now you can go through your Unsorted pictures at your leisure and edit their metadata. When you are finished tagging, right-click on the Unsorted folder and file your images again: they will be moved to ~/Pictures/My Pictures, sorted by date and renamed to their XMP-Title field.

Why would you waste your time doing all this work manually when it can be done with a single right-click using DigiWf 0.3.2?

DigiWf is available as a PPA from Launchpad, so it is even easier to install and keep up to date...
