Release notes:

Version 1.13.0 got rid of a regression which was introduced in version 1.12.0 that clipboard was empty when the content was bigger than 4MB. Additionally, to find those errors more quickly in the future, critical error messages are now shown in the clipboard menu itself.

Note for plugin developers. The API changed, so Controller.get_recent_items now throws a GLib.Error
