Bug Description

The desktop file provided by the package does not validate cleanly with desktop-file-validate. A corrected file will be attached presently.

The path to the Icon is wrong still, should be:

Icon=/usr/share/gnome-phone-manager/cellphone.png

else it won't show up!

The attached debdiff includes a patch to make the desktop file validate & change the icon path to something that works. The icon is still in the wrong place.
