Bug Description

Acer TravelMate 8104WLMi.

When I boot Dapper Flight 5 that I have downloaded 26 March 2006 it don't work and the boot, when the splash-boot indicate 'Mounting root file system, stopped and the splash to disappear and the boot stopped at the message 'set - thermal udev'.

I try to append the grub the parameter 'irqpoll noapic' or 'irqpoll acpi=off' or 'noapic' or 'acpi=off' but not run the same.

If I append 'irqpoll noapic' at the Warty or Dapper Flight 5 (16 march) the boot work.

Regards,
GP

PS: irqpoll is necessary to working LAN device.
