Bug Description

Binary package hint: abuse-sdl

The first time I run 'abuse', I see a screen asking me to click the darkest grey visible then click OK.

All the greys are visible, but some of them look the same as each other, and there is no OK button. Does "click OK" mean "click the red check mark"?

Thanks for your report!

Yeah, those instructions could probably be more clear, but since the red check mark is used everywhere else in the game for "OK"-like actions, I'm going to close this bug for now.

If you have a suggested change to make, feel free to reopen this bug, and it can become a wishlist items.

It doesn't matter what is used everywhere else in the game, because at the point of hunting for the "OK" button that I'm told to click on, I've not seen anything else of the game. I can't see any more of the game until I guess that when it says "click OK" it means "click the red tick".

I would guess that either:

the text says "click the red tick"

or

the red tick is changed to be the text "OK".

See, either of those 2 things would make the instructions make sense. If the instructions say "click the red tick" and there's a red tick on the screen, or if the instructions say "click OK" and there's an OK button on the screen, then I'll know what to do.

But when the instructions tell me to click on something that doesn't exist, that makes it confusing.
