opening files with bluefish -n confuses window title

Bug Description

Ubuntu defaults to opening files with bluefish in a new window. When bluefish first starts it works fine, but when you open a second file it results in a window with an 'Untitled' header even though it contains a saved file. In addition opening a file that is already open results in a window with an untitled document. To clarify I open files in nautilus, not in bluefish's integrated file browser or the file open dialog. This is fairly annoying because it results a bunch of 'Untitled [X] - Bluefish' entries in your taskbar, which aren't too descriptive.

Thanks for your bug report. Which version of Ubuntu and Bluefish do you use?

I can confirm this bug with the latest stable version and a recent Debian Sid (so I guess, it can be reproduced with every version of Ubuntu). This bug is also mentioned in GNOME BugZilla as bug #317878. We hope to fix this bug before the upcoming release of bluefish 1.0.5.
