Mouse cursor doesn't hide in presentation mode

Bug Description

In presentation mode (F5) the mouse cursor is always visible, the only way to hide it is to move it on the side of the screen. I feel this is annoying during presentations.
My proposal is to have it hiding after a given delay, and re-apparing when the mouse moves.
(maybe appear _only_ on moves and not on click or scroll, which are used to change page)

Fixed upstream, the commit is not trivial so it'll probably not be backported to dapper
