firefox doesn't update the desktop background at the second time

Bug Description
when trying to change the gnome background through firefox,
gnome doesn't update the background when the previous background was also chosen
with firefox.
reproduce :
1. go to art.ubuntu.com in firefox
2. choose a background, open the image on firefox and in the right click menu on
the image choose : "Set as desktop background..."
3. go to the desktop and see if the background is changed.
4. go back to firefox and do 2 and 3 again.
expected behaviour : background is changed again.
actual behaviour : in the second time the background not changed. if you go
manually the the gnome background wizard and change the background and back
again, it is change to the new background

I have confirmed this on 5.10, but have also found it to be fixed on dapper. Marking as Fix Released. The fix is unlikely to be backported to 5.10. Please re-open if you still see this in dapper.
