Freeradius doesn't create /var/run/freeradius directory

Freeradius does not create /var/run/freeradius directory automaticaly, so can not start.

Which version of ubuntu are you running Im not able to reproduce this under dapper.

Dapper, dist-upgraded daily, has this problem on three different machines for me.

After any reboot I have to create /var/run/freeradius and chown freerad /var/run/freeradius to get the service to start.

I've just downloaded freeradius 1.1.0-1ubuntu1 and checked whether /var/run/freeradius is created in the init script. It isn't and it prevents freeradius from starting since /var/run is on a tmpfs. Debdiff in a few minutes.

Still needs to chown /var/run/freeradius to the freerad user.
