Bug Description

Gedit shows an icon according to the mime-type of the file you are editing. I can't get this feature to work properly in latest dapper: it seems that all my tabs, no matter the content, show up with the "text file" icon.

I've added after/before screenshots. Sorry about the theme inconsistency, I add to use different computers to take the screenshots. However I tested with several themes and the problem remains.

rejecting that task, the issue is specific to dapper and there is already a task for it

this is fixed for dapper, GNOME decided to delay the icon-theme using the next spec to next cycle so they can do it cleanly and fix that kind of issue without any hurry
