I can confirm this issue.

I've attached Vassilis' .desktop file as a patch, which will (hopefully) work. First go at generating a patch...

The patch looks good. As standard practice, I am assigning to MOTU Reviewers for upload, but given that 6.06 releases tomorrow, I suspect this will be fixed in Edgy, and the patch will need to be altered for the new distribution target.
