Dapper -> 6.10 breake gksudo and then some System/Adminsitrations options aren't availables

Bug Description

After moving to 6.10 RC today 10.23.06 several administrations options does not works because it does not recognize me as an sudoer (my interpretation).

I want to disable Mysql at Startup time and the Gnome reports that I'm restricted.

Look the following console output. May be son syntoms.

$ gksudo gedit

(gedit:6817): GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.

What locale do you use? Does it work if you login in with a english locale?

I've changed to "C" and problem persists in System/administration menu
Options unavailable:
networkmanager (Networking)
services
shared folders
Date and time
Users and groups

Options that ask user passwords as expected:
firestarter
gparted
gnome-language-selector
gdmsetup
synaptic

Message box:

The Configuration Could not be loaded
You are not allowed to access system configuration

gksudo in command line works
$ gksudo date
Mon Oct 23 21:43:51 VET 2006

Here an strace attach
$ strace -o time-admin.strace time-asmin
in which the only error I see (my be an normal condition) is an resource unavailable reading /'var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket'

$? == 255

time-admin.strace lines 1426-1446/5790 byte 103094/403277 25%

$ gksudo time-admin
works but display warning messages

/usr/share/menu/gnome-system-tools does not has gksudo
