Bug Description
There are some inconcistencies in gnat packages, between main & universe.
One should be able to install libgtkada with gnat-4.0 (gcc-4.0), in main. But it depends on "gnat" (3.15p1 in universe).
"gnat" should be a meta-package, in main.
