Bug Description

I'm running the latest Dapper x86.

To reproduce:
Right click on a panel launcher.
Press properties.
Click on the icon.
Attempt to scroll through the available icons with the arrow keys.

Results:
The dialogue box will close and accept the new icon without the user pressing okay.

Or:
Remove the last letter of the entry field.
IE: /usr/share/icons/Human/48x48/categories/gnome-globe.png to /usr/share/icons/Human/48x48/categories/gnome-globe.pn
Add the letter you removed back
IE: /usr/share/icons/Human/48x48/categories/gnome-globe.pn to /usr/share/icons/Human/48x48/categories/gnome-globe.png

Results:
The dialogue will close without the user's concent. This can be very frustrating.

I can confirm this on AMD64; only pressing backspace gives me no icon (while I'm in the text-entry field).
