[edgy] File Chooser displays .directory files regardless of hidden files preferences

Bug Description
Create a file called .directory in any directory, and enter "[Desktop Entry]" without the quotes as the first line. Navigate to this containing directory and see the file displayed even when 'Show Hidden Files' is not ticked.
These .directory files are usually created by KDE.
