Bug Description

After opening System Settings, if you double click (quickly) on a settings icon,
the settings form will appear at a wrong size, and the Show All button breaks.
Then, if you resize the window to a larger size, you can see the settings icons
pop up from behind the constrained form.

I can confirm the bug - it happens exactly as specified and it's very annoying. :)

According to my tests, the problem remains with the current dapper version of systemsettings.
