Bug Description
After the latest glibc6 update on dapper (jbailey upload from 4th Feb 2006) the clock applet display is totally fcked up.
It shows for everyone (Hobbsee found it first, then I confirmed this) UTC time, while /bin/date shows localtime.
Strange thing is: "Adjust Date & Time" gives you the right local time, but the wrong timezone.
When you restart kicker or remove and add the clock applet again, (when you started kicker from the CLI) then you can see these messages:
shermann@r200:~$ QMultiInputCont
grep: /usr/share/
grep: /src/*: No such file or directory
/bin/bash: /bin/awk: No such file or directory
I checked the kdebase source but don't find any reference neither for /usr/share/
I'm lost...and I would blame libc6 upload but in gnome it works.
confirmed via irc session on kubuntu-devel (2006-02-05) from me and hobbsee
