Bug Description
The default Konqueror menu doesn't have "Find file.." entry in Edit menu. It should have one.
Currently the only way (that I know) to invoke the function is to bind ctrl-f key to it through "Configure Shortcuts" under file management mode (which should be the default too).

What version of kubuntu/kde are you running?
At least in the latest version of kubuntu dapper with kde 3.5.1, "Find file..." is in the Tools menu, which is more sensible than the Edit menu IMO anyway. There is also a search box next to the address bar if you start konqueror with the "kubuntu file manager" profile, or you can add it yourself.
