Bug Description

Select Sydney, Australia from the kweather configuration and you get no weather
report and the applet shows a big fat question mark.

To work around this problem, edit the file
~/.kde/share/config/weather_panelappletrc and manually enter the weather station
ID, in my case YSSY.

Perhaps the configuration dialog could offer an option to manually type the
weather station if it is not listed.

I am running Kubuntu 5.10 Breezy Badger. I did not have this problem with Hoary.

I have experienced the same issue with Dapper & the above versions. The build
was origionally Gnome based and I installed kubuntu-desktop seperately. The
issue seems to be with the config file not being written to buy the kweather
config window.

kweather cannot be convinced to report for sydney, australia from the command line either:
$ kweatherreport YSSY
QTime::setHMS Invalid time -9:08:39.000

The window opens, sunrise and sunset (which are calcuated, not fetched) are displayed, and nothing else.
