Please update libdv in breezy to 0.104

Bug Description

libdv 0.103 is not optimized for x86-64, and so is dog slow (i.e. cannot decode in real-time). libdv 0.104 has been out for many moons now, and there is a package in debian unstable. If it is at all possible, having libdv 0.104 in breezy would be great.

My apologies, my mistake, this is a main package. I'll throw it up to the powers that be but not likely due to an Upstream Version Freeze.
