Nautilus SFTP access fails to display permissions

Bug Description

STR:

(1) Open up an SFTP connection
(2) Right click and select properties on any file object
(3) Click on the permissions tab
(4) "The permissions of 'XXX' could not be determined." is displayed

This used to work in Breezy. Not after upgrading to Dapper. Architecture is x86_64.

     - patch from the upstream mailing list, make dnd default to copy instead
       of move when the destination is owned by an another use, fix dnd to
       a shared setgid directory since the copy respects the setgid permission
       (Ubuntu: #36647)
