cant delete symlinks to mounted filesystems

Bug Description
I've got my data partition mounted as ~/data. if I do "ln -s ~/data ~/data-ln" and then try to delete data-ln with nautlus I get an "not on the same filesystem error" whilst removing it from console works fine. So i guess this is an nautilus error...
