Autofilter cut or delete removes additional rows

Bug Description

If you use and autofilter (when it works again ;-) and delete or cut, for example, rows 12 to 14 (with row 13 hidden), row 13 also gets deleted. This means data gets unintentionally deleted and this is not how any version of Excel behaves.

This is an issue with the official build of OOo since the very beginning:
http://sc.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2977 - 4 years old now

however there is a patch for ooo-build to fix this issue!

http://www.go-oo.org/patches/src680/sc-no-delete-filteredrows.diff
(see last comment on http://sc.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=33851)

Can we have this patch applied to the Ubuntu build please - it is too critical for offices (such as mine) to use OOo in this state when users are inadvertently deleting large amounts of data.

Ah. This issue is now fixed in the official builds of 2.0.3 (tested it on Linux and Windows) but there is still a patch that exists for ooo-build (linked to above) to fix something that now works. Can we now have the patch removed as it looks like this is causing the problem.

rechecked; using 2.2.0-0ubuntu2, cutting the two rows, and then setting the autofilter to -all-, row 11 is still seen.

checked using http://librarian.launchpad.net/3785258/testing_autofilter.ods
